Meet Bruno Genovese.
Bruno is a Brazilian-Italian operator based in London. He spent twenty years inside American Express, HSBC, NatWest, Virgin Money and Tandem Bank, leading transformation, data and product teams through periods of fast growth and margin pressure.
He then co-founded a digital marketing agency, scaled it from zero to eight figures and 85 staff, and exited twice. The experience pulled together the corporate playbook and the founder playbook into something rare: a senior operator who has lived both sides of the table.
Since 2024, Bruno has been advising founders of scaling service businesses across the UK, US and Latin America. The work focuses on three outcomes: peace (the founder is no longer the bottleneck), purpose (the business serves a mission, not just margin) and freedom (time back to do the work that only the founder can do).
Kingdom Business Builders is the firm vehicle for that work. AI is the lever. Growth strategy is the spine.
