Strategy Sprint
One month. One plan you can actually run.
Three sessions and a month of my thinking on your business: who you serve, what you sell, what you charge, and how you grow it without adding yourself to every job.
One month. About four to five hours of your time.
Who it is for
You are not short of demand or talent. You are short of structure.
This is built for founder-led service businesses, roughly five to thirty people, where growth has flattened at the founder’s own capacity. The work is good. The referrals still come. But every decision that matters waits for one person, and that person is already full.
A month is long enough to think properly and short enough that you find out quickly whether my thinking is worth anything to you.
How the month runs
Three sessions, and the thinking in between.
The sessions are the smaller half. Most of the work happens between them, on my side.
- 01
Immersion
Two to three hours, in person where that is possible.
We go deep on the business in one sitting. What you sell, who buys it, where the money comes from, where your week goes, and what you would drop tomorrow if you could. I take all of it away and do the thinking.
- 02
Strategy and plan
Two sessions, back with a recommendation.
This is your audience, this is your offer, this is your price, this is your channel, this is your message. We work through it together and fine-tune until it fits you rather than a template.
- 03
Between the sessions
Email or WhatsApp, reply inside one working day.
The questions that come up mid-week are usually the important ones. You are not saving them for the next diary slot.
I keep two sprint slots open at any one time, because each client gets my thinking between the sessions and not just the sessions themselves.
What you walk away with
Five things, written down, that were not written down before.
- 01
Your positioning, written down
What you do, who it is for, and why you. In plain words you can say out loud on a call without reaching for the deck.
- 02
A defined audience
Not “service businesses”. The specific buyer you go after first, where they already gather, and what they are stuck on when they come to you.
- 03
Your offer and your pricing
The shape of the service, what a client gets, how long it runs, and what it costs. You will know exactly what to say when someone asks what you charge.
- 04
A message and channel plan you will keep up
Built for the hours you actually have, not for a posting schedule you will abandon in three weeks.
- 05
A go-to-market plan, first ninety days mapped
Built on the same methodology I used to win my first 50 clients in my own practice. Specific and sequenced, so you know what happens in week one and what waits until week nine.
Why me
I have run the growth, and I have paid for the mistakes.
Twenty years in transformation, data and product across American Express, HSBC, NatWest, Virgin Money and Tandem. Then I co-founded a marketing agency, scaled it from nothing to $12M and 85 people, and sold and exited twice.
I also burned out doing it, which is the part that shapes how I advise now. Growth that costs you your health or your family is not growth I will help you build. Most advisors hand you a strategy and leave. I would rather build it with you.
Straight about it
What the sprint is not.
It is not a delivery engagement
I am not running your marketing or your outreach afterwards. The sprint gives you the plan and the reasoning behind it.
It is not a retainer
It ends after the month. If there is a case for something longer, I will say so, and you can say no.
It is not a course
Nothing is pre-recorded and there is no curriculum. It is three sessions on your business and my thinking in between.
The sprint is the front door, not the whole house. If the plan is strong and the fit is right at the end of the month, I will propose something longer, either you building it with my guidance or me building the pieces with you. Nothing to decide now.
One month, £1,500, and you start from clarity.
If you are going to spend the next year building something, it is worth a month deciding what.
You pay on my checkout page. Once it is through, I will be in touch to book your immersion session.
